Responsibilities and Duties

Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGMs)/meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence and so on)

Providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings.

Contribute to meeting discussions, and when required advise members of the legal, governance, accounting and tax departments of the implications of proposed policies.

Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organisation.

Implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organisation or compliance with legislation.

Writing reports.

Report to the chairman and often liaise with board member.

Monitor changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and take appropriate action.

Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
Key Skills

Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software, A flexible and practical approach to work, the ability to work well with people at all levels, Interpersonal skills, the capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills

Required Experience and Qualifications

Company Secretary Certified
Professional qualifications, particularly the ICSI examinations, which lead to the designation 'chartered secretary', are essential.
Need at least 1-2 years of working experience in the same field.

Salary: ₹50,000.00 to ₹80,000.00 /month
